In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms and conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole. A person who is not a Party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of its terms which might otherwise be interpreted to confer such rights to such persons.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Terms will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or Covalent in accordance with these Terms. Any sections of the Terms that, either explicitly or by their nature, must remain in effect even after termination of the Terms in relation to you, shall survive termination including without limitation, the provisions relating to ownership rights, disclaimer of warranties and liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution.
